What actually happens to our data?+
Software erasure to NIST 800-88 standards first, with verification. Anything that fails verification is degaussed or physically destroyed on-site. Every device gets its own destruction certificate with serial number, method, and timestamp — accessible in your portal. Nothing leaves the chain of custody between collection and certified destruction.
What if a wiped device fails verification?+
It's physically destroyed and you get a destruction certificate for that exact serial. We don't ship anything to remarketing until verification passes. The certificate is the audit trail your DPO needs.
What compliance standards do you operate to?+
ADISA-recognised processes, NIST 800-88 / HMG IS5 destruction methods, UK GDPR Article 32 controls, ICO registered, WEEE-compliant disposal. Full ADISA audit certification is in progress — we'll walk you through where we are versus what your procurement team needs.
How does the AI valuation work?+
